How to create bootable Pendrive for any Operating system?

Hey guys, this post is gonna illustrate about various methods of making a bootable pendrive/usb for different operating systems available out there.
Each one of us have the urge to use different operating systems but we dont want to mess up with our main os.
So,Basically in this post i will let you help in testing different operating systems
Here I list the various tools which can be used to bootup different operating systems from the pendrive.

Universal USB Installer

It Live Linux USB Creator that allows you to choose from a selection of Linux Distributions to put on your USB Flash Drive. The Universal USB Installer is easy to use. Simply choose a Live Linux Distribution, the ISO file, your Flash Drive and, Click Install. Upon completion, you should have a ready to run bootable USB Flash Drive with your select operating system installed. Other features include; Persistence (if available) – note that casper persistence will only work with fat16 or fat32 formatted drives.

There's nothing much to do as the software is quite straight forward.

YUMI

YUMI (Your Universal Multiboot Integrator), is the successor to our MultibootISOs. It can be used to create a Multiboot USB Flash Drive containing multiple operating systems, antivirus utilities, disc cloning, diagnostic tools, and more. Contrary to MultiBootISOs which used grub to boot ISO files directly from USB, YUMI uses syslinux to boot extracted distributions stored on the USB device, and reverts to using grub to Boot Multiple ISO files from USB, if necessary.
Basically this software allows you to install multiple operating systems on pendrive and let's you bootup from any one of these.

You can use this software for booting up multiple Linux distributions.

Rufus

Rufus is a utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc.
It can be especially useful for cases where:
  • you need to create USB installation media from bootable ISOs (Windows, Linux, UEFI, etc.)
  • you need to work on a system that doesn't have an OS installed
  • you need to flash a BIOS or other firmware from DOS
  • you want to run a low-level utility

Despite its small size, Rufus provides everything you need!
Oh, and Rufus is fast. It is also marginally faster on the creation of Linux bootable USB from ISOs.
In my opinion it
is one of the best options to consider for making a bootable usb for any operating system.
